Maniacallyracists spread is basically a supercharged Nidoqueen. It's almost a supercharged Nidoking, to be honest. The only thing it doesn't totally dominate over both of them is Attack, and it has marginally smaller SD than Nidoqueen (but marginally higher HP).

This is a argument towards Rasist's spread being overpowered how? Nidoking and Queen are both UU Pokemon, and 110/98 on the weighted OU usage list. They're nowhere near the status of "If you made that just a little more powerful, it'd be broken" that you seem to be hyping, and our hypothetical Pokemon isn't even at risk of stealing their niche because they both still have UU play to compete in.

This thing won't even think of touching uber. Complaints? Of course. We always get complaints from some people who didn't get what they wanted/random noobs who got swept by it. Maniac's spread looking overpowered wouldn't be the reason for complaints, the nature of the project would be.

If anybody gets swept by a "Pure Utility Pokemon" then we must have made an error somewhere in the process.

Lol it only has 90 special attack and will probably not be getting any serious offensive moves outside of its stab's, let alone things like calm mind.
Poison/Ground is hardly a type that's gonna be sweeping

Also, special attacking ground type would be pretty cool.

Voted maniac, because it is weaker on special defence so it can be taken out.
It's also better because it's move offensive and can hurt if needed.

I swept with a utility butterfree once, my only attacking move was u-turn.
