Serious Charlie Hebdo attack and European Far Right

My dad and I went to a small political speech that discussed this topic last night, and I finally figured out why humans have xenophobia: Humans are protective of what they already know about, and tend to be afraid to explore what is unfamiliar to them. I still think it's unethical. However, the good thing about humans is that they're the only species in the world that help not only each other, but other species as well. I mean, humans are the only ones who try to help endangered species from going extinct, even if said species get too much focus!
