Excadrill is one of the best late-game cleaners due to it’s amazing speed under sand, great coverage, and being able to threaten Galarian Slowking, one of the bulkiest walls in the tier. It has multiple opportunities to set up Swords Dance due to it’s Steel-Ground type, taking advantage of it’s great coverage.. Earthquake and Iron Head work as it’s stabs, OHKOing nearly everything without a resistance. Rapid Spin, when paired with Earthquake, severely damages Most Normal resists while increasing it’s speed outside of sand. Rock Slide gives coverage against Pokemon like Tornadus, Zapdos and Gyarados. Tera Ghost gives it immunity to fighting type moves that would usually threaten it out like Body Press Zamazenta. Steelium Z Iron Head kills Physically Defensive Landorus at +1 with Stealth Rock support from Tyranitar. The given EV spread is used to maximize speed and attack. The Jolly Nature is ran to outspeed Great Tusk outside of the sand. Air Balloon gives this Pokemon a temporary immunity to Ground. Tera Ice gives it another way to hit Zapdos and OHKO Gliscor. Tera Electric gives it coverage against water types like Slowbro, Greninja and Alomomola. This Pokemon pairs well with Tyranitar because it can set up sand and Mega-Banette, who is immune to fighting type attacks and can paralyze faster threats for Excadrill to clean late game. This Pokemon is weak to Ting-Lu, who can take a +2 Earthquake and retaliate for the OHKO, so Pokemon that can break through it’s massive bulk, like Calm Mind Keldeo and Mega-Lopunny are great partners.

Excadrill is one of the best late-game cleaners and sweepers due to its amazing speed under sand, great good feel “great” overhypes exca a bit coverage, and being able to threaten defensive pieces like Galarian Slowking, one of the bulkiest walls in the tier Toxapex, and Heatran what you wrote was just kinda unnecessary + didn’t give enough clarification on what exca threatens. It has multiple opportunities to set up Swords Dance due to its Steel-Ground type, taking advantage of its great coverage ??? Can’t almost every sweeper do this? It doesn’t correlate to its typing at all. Mention the things it can setup on such as non heat wave zap and gking + how it can setup by forcing switches against mons like heatran and bolt. Earthquake and Iron Head work as its stabs, OHKOing nearly everything without a resistance. why does this need to be mentioned in an analysis? This is very obvious Rapid Spin, when paired with Earthquake, severely damages Most Normal resists you aren’t ever using spin as an offensive tool and this makes it sound like that while increasinges just rewording to go with the change its speed outside of sand while also removing entry hazards for its teammates. Rock Slide gives coverage against Pokemon like Tornadus, Zapdos and Gyarados. These mons are not relevant to hit because Tera blast already hits these lol Tera Ghost gives it immunity to fighting type moves that would usually threaten it out like Body Press Zamazenta. you still lose to every fighting anyway + exca wants offensive Teras more Steelium Z Iron Head kills muscles “kills” is a very wishy washy term through Pokemon that would otherwise check it such as Physically Defensive Landorus-T at +1 with Stealth Rock support from Tyranitar, Gliscor, and Great Tusk when boosted makes it sound like steel z is a niche option with a very specific role which it really isn’t true; this change gives more meaning behind steel z and what it does. The given EV spread is used to maximize speed and attack. The Jolly Nature is ran to outspeed Great Tusk outside of the sand. you don’t need to explain obvious ev spreads/natures Air Balloon gives this Pokemon a temporary immunity to Ground-type moves from Pokemon like Gliscor and Landorus-T for future analyses try to be more clear on your examples. Tera Blast with Tera Ice gives it another way to hit Zapdos and OHKO Gliscor and Landorus-T. Tera Blast with Tera Electric gives it coverage against wWater- and Flying-types like Slowbro Corviknight, Greninja these examples aren’t that relevant and Alomomola. This Pokemon pairs well with is almost mandatory and only functions alongside Mega Tyranitar because it can set up sand, activating Sand Rush so then Excadrill is able clean through teams easier. this gives more clarification on how exca NEEDS mtar. mention how Mtar also beats flyings that can give exca trouble like torn and zap and while in return exca kos fairies ival and mmaw for Mtar and Mega-Banette, who is immune to fighting type attacks and can paralyze faster threats for Excadrill to clean late game. ??? this mon isn’t good lol, please mention viable teammates. Also you are going to be always running exca with mtar so this is irrelevant This Pokemon is weak to Ground-types like Ting-Lu and Landorus-T, who can take a +2 Earthquake on most of Excadrill’s attacks and retaliate for the OHKO, so Pokemon that can break through its massive bulk through these checks, like Calm Mind Keldeo and Mega-Lopunny are great partners Urshifu-R and Ogerpon-W are good partners. ok these are super bad examples. Keldeo is in no way good and you are running exca with mtar always so why run mlop??? Excadrill has a mediocre speed tier out of sand and is prone to being revenge killed by Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Ogerpon-Wellspring, so Pokémon that can check these defensively like Ferrothorn and Galarian Slowking are good teammates. this needs to be mentioned because mtar’s sand isn’t lasting forever
