Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 92 HP / 128 Atk / 124 Def / 164 SpDef
Adamant Nature
- Curse
- Shadow Ball
- Body Slam
- Self-Destruct
The classic MixLax lead, that can boom in a pinch to get me out of a tight spot. Also helps exploit Spikes late game, assuming it lives that long; The moves are standard, but even though this can bail me out vs setup sweepers I'm really looking into Mence>this if only for the proper Heracross check this would give me.
Tyranitar (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 176 HP / 252 SpA / 80 Spe
Mild Nature
- Pursuit
- Crunch
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Grass]
This team has Spikes, so I thought something hard to switch in to like SpecialTar might be fun, this doesn't have any real switch ins except Blissey but I feel I can get around that decently enough. Gengar is irritating to the team, and lets Spikes accumulate on my side so I've decided to run Crunch+Pursuit to checkmate it, and let me possibly get Spin off safely. Oh and the HP:Grass lets me open up Aerodactyl sweeps if I lure the pert on the opposing team sometimes.
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 100 SpA / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Leech Seed
- Perish Song
- Recover
- Hidden Power [Grass]
Team had CM Cune troubles and was losing to +1 CurseLax so I tossed on PSong Celebi to see if it would fix some of the problems the squad was having; it's been working pretty well, but again I'm open to any suggestions~
Aerodactyl (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Double-Edge
Aerodactyl loves spikes, this squad has spikes, and Aero brings some much needed speed to the table; It also because of its sheer speed helps me check a few things my squad is weak to, like DD Gyarados(though that is a bit rare), CM Raikou without a sub up, CM Celebi, and generally helps me force switches to take advatage of having spikes I guess.
Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Gets spikes down, can boom to emergency check some stuff, has EQ to lure Magneton so I can sometimes get more than one layer down. And Spins which I guess is what makes Pursuit/Crunch Tar kind of fun on this team.
Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
Pert the glue of the team check CB Dactyl/CB Mence/CB Tar/CB Gross; and +1 Mence/+! Tar and an assortment of other stuff like Flygon as well; Has Toxic to pressure some stuff like opposing Swampert I guess? Protect was probably more useful, and I'll probably end up going back to that at some point.
Threatlist/Problems - It's a fun team, but something that I find kind of irritating is no Gar to at least try to protect Spikes on my side; Cross is also similarly irritating, as is CM Jirachi, and in some cases CM IB Cune can break through with a chipped Celebi; CB Medicham is also p irritating.MixMence too;
Replays:-
All of these are vs p decent ADV players so hopefully they give an idea of how the team is used vs competent players~
