Alright, here's the juice!
TOXISLASH-ALOLA
79 / 103 / 92 / 55 / 65 / 95
Toxin Rush - User's contact moves have a 30% Poison chance, 60% under Hail.
TENTATERRA
87 / 89 / 85 / 89 / 102 / 78
Liquid Armor - Effects of Liquid Ooze and Shell Armor.
MINIMIE-CORE
80 / 90 / 75 / 105 / 75 / 120 [Core]
80 / 75 / 90 / 75 / 105 / 60 [Meteor]
Bombshell - Analytic effects. Transforms into Core form when moving last or if the opponent switches. Transforms into Meteor at the end of each turn.
TSARANT
65 / 115 / 115 / 50 / 75 / 100
Eusocial - This Pokemon and its allies are protected from opposing priority moves. This Pokemon's priority moves have 1.5x power.
GOLEVISH-ALOLA
100 / 110 / 123 / 62 / 75 / 60
Terabyte - This Pokemon's Bite moves become Electric type.
LCs
Croagshrew-Alola
49 / 68 / 65 / 35 / 37 / 65
Toxin Rush
Tentatwig
47 / 54 / 49 / 59 / 77 / 50
Liquid Armor
But wait, there's more! Alongside the above winners, council has also decided to do the following Balance Adjustments:
82 / 110 / 93 / 52 / 76 / 90 ---> 65 / 120 / 85 / 55 / 75 / 100
Motor Drive ---> Motor Overdrive: If hit by an Electric move, +2 Speed; Electric Immunity.
Togetops has not been seen as relevant for a while. As an early submission, it simply fell to powercreep as the metagame advanced and introduced fusions with better stats. Its reshuffling greatly increases its offensive capabilities and turns it into a respectable choice as an offensive Water.
75 / 97 / 108 / 97 / 108 / 45 ---> 70 / 97 / 108 / 97 / 108 / 50
Downpour ---> Cold Pressor: Effects of Pressure and Slush Rush.
As a defensive mon, Vishitomb was going nowhere. Its bulk was not good enough for a mon whose only means of recovery is passive, and as a bulky Ghost, new rivals entered the scene later on as Dusking and Cofazor dropped. We realised that there wasn't really any worthwile way to improve its defensive roles, so instead we are shifting it to a Hail Abuser to pair with Tapu Pilo, slightly shifting its stats to help with its initially low Speed.
Tiger Pit: This Pokemon prevents adjacent foes from choosing to switch unless they are airborne. This Pokemon has 0.8x accuracy against airborne foes. ---> Tiger Pit: This Pokemon prevents adjacent foes from choosing to switch unless they are airborne. This Pokémon has 0.8x accuracy against Pokémon who aren't trapped, but 1.5x Attack against Pokémon who are trapped.
In a nutshell, we are just making Trapeino more nuclear. While the intent behind Trapeino is great, its currently rather not very useful as it often fails to KO its opponent before being KOd itself. Its a very straightforward buff so there isn't much to say here.
75 / 85 / 80 / 100 / 75 / 105 ---> 70 / 90 / 80 / 100 / 75 / 95
Grim Neigh ---> Proud Pounce: Upon KOing an opponent, gains +1 Atk and +1 Sp Atk
This buff is essentially attempting to encourage Shift Gear sets for Litleesect. Special had struggled a lot in the past and having the option to snowball much easier now really helps it. Its new ability also allows it to run mixed coverage to hit some specific targets; most notably stoped by bulky Fire and Water types.
74 / 78 / 70 / 107 / 81 / 118 ---> 75 / 95 / 70 / 95 / 70 / 120
Toxic Play ---> Deadly Deft: Effects of Corrosion + Limber.
Hawlazzle was originally made as a wallbreaker, with Corrosion to Toxic Steels and Mold Breaker to break past bulky Magic Bouncers. However, it has failed at its role and eventually dropped here to RU, where there are significantly less ways it can abuse Mold Breaker with. This rework gives it two important tools in physical sets being somewhat viable with Swords/Dragon Dance + real STAB in Brave Bird, and secondly, a much more meta-specific niche in being immune to Earth power, resisting Draining Kiss and nullifying Nuzzle, making it an anti-meta pick against metagame king Hatterune.
55 / 85 / 80 / 85 / 95 / 96 ---> 62 / 70 / 81 / 92 / 95 / 96
Another fairly straightforward buff, Rotokyu simply was falling behind a little bit so it gets a fairly small buff to itself.
And with that, we move on to a discussion phase! Between the winners and the reworked mons, there is a lot to go over, so please be sure to let us know your takes on the latest metagame update. After that, we will begin Slate 15, which, as usual, will be a drop slate. More on that once Slate 15 starts.
After slate 15 ends, we will enter our final Submission Phase as slate 16. In other words, Slate 16 will be the final slate of Fusion Evolution Rarely Used. With a fairly functional metagame that is largely developed and has nearly 90 fusions to use, we feel its about time we wrap things up and start thinking of another Fusion Meta. I make no promisses about when NU will come, but if all goes well, shouldn't be too long after RU ends.
With all that said, discuss away!
