Beat Up is another option on most Yveltal sets that can hit past Substitute and isn't detrimental into King's Shield, but it is more unreliable than Knock Off because of the reliance on Yveltal's team members. Foul Play can be used over Pursuit on Magic Bounce and Prankster sets to better threaten offensive foes such as Mega Latios and Mega Mewtwo X; however, Prankster Giratina comfortably walls Yveltal if it is its strongest Dark-type STAB move and bulkier foes, like Primal Groudon and Xerneas, need to have used Shell Smash for it to deal significant damage.
