so, this is very useful Vs H.O Teams and you guys know no Bulky mons survive in mawile's attack.
after opponent's bulk is gone, best partner gren sweeps.

Everybody knows this is the reason why current meta team has more Sp.def than Def.
Spikes help lots of situation. easily destroy Trick Room party in long run game, break Balance Team's cycle, etc..

Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock

nowadays, Garchomp is really, really good. this break the bulky offense's best threat, such as Char-Y and Kyurem-B easily 1v1.
and is reliable heatran's switch-in.

Zombie (Tornadus-Therian) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 208 HP / 84 Def / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Taunt
- Hurricane
- U-turn

208 HP / 84 Def guaranteed 2HKOed by Mega Medicham Ice Punch with Full HP.
Best Pivot, and this checks speed lots of scarfer under 115 Base Max Speed Pokemon.
and taunt helps breaking stall.

King of 7 (Heatran) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 232 SpD / 28 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Protect
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power​

248 HP / 232 SpD means Guaranteed 2HKOed By Mega Diancie Earth Power.
In my personal opinion, Sp.Def Heatran deserves S Rank in this current meta.
