Done Itemsearch behavior with generation arguments

What is the bug?
/is behavior with a generation argument is inconsistent. According to the help text, these commands should proceed identical results.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
/is3 berry, all returns no results.
/is maxgen3 berry, all returns expected results.

The bug here seems to be a conflict between the /is# format and all parameter. If you do /is3 all it returns only White Herb.

Fixed in #10113

Appending maxgen to the end meant all wasn't being parsed correctly, and itemsearch was looking for the literal string "all"
