[SET COMMENTS]
This set looks to take advantage of Contrary Superpower, which allows Malamar to set up and sweep. Furthermore, Malamar's special bulk allows it to check Ghost- and Psychic-types as well as other special attackers, such as Cursola, Froslass, Indeedee-F, Rotom-S, and Rotom-F. Knock Off hits Ghost-types hard, which prevent Malamar from boosting, in addition to providing excellent utility in removing items. Rest and Sleep Talk give Malamar much needed staying power and prevents status from cutting a sweep short. Sleep Talk can also help alleviate Superpower's low PP, which can come into play in longer battles. The Speed EVs allow Malamar to outspeed Drampa and Adamant Perrserker, which prevent them from reliably revenge killing it.

Malamar works well on bulkier Spikes-stacking teams; it is effective at crippling or taking advantage of foes that can be problematic for such builds, such as Heavy-Duty Boots Eldegoss with Pollen Puff, Clefairy, and Hattrem. In particular, Garbodor and Qwilfish make excellent teammates. In addition to Spikes, they provide a crucial Bug-type resistance and means for punishing U-turn from the likes of the Silvally formes, Ninjask, and Perrserker if running Rocky Helmet. They can also switch in on Fairy-types and can potentially badly poison Quagsire and Cofagrigus with Toxic, both of which impede sweeps. In return, Malamar provides a valuable Psychic immunity and Ghost-type check. Malamar also appreciates teammates that help wear down Fairy-types. Drampa is particular functions well as a teammate because its powerful Hyper Voice combined with entry hazards and Knock Off from Malamar make it difficult for them to check both of these Pokemon. If running Sap Sipper, Drampa also exploits the usage of Eldegoss as a check to Malamar.

This set looks to take advantage of Contrary Superpower, which allows Malamar to sweep. Furthermore, Malamar's good natural special bulk lets it check Ghost- and Psychic-types as well as other special attackers, such as Cursola, Froslass, Indeedee-F, and the Rotom formes. Knock Off hits ghost types Ghost-types hard, which prevent Malamar from boosting, in addition to providing excellent utility in removing items. Rest and Sleep Talk give malamar Malamar much needed staying power, and prevents status from cutting a sweep short. Sleep Talk can also help alleviate Superpower's low PP, which can come into play in longer battles.

The speed EV's Speed EVs allow Malamar to outspeed Drampa and Adamant Perrserker, preventing them from reliably revenge killing it. , which can allow Malamar to use it as set-up fodder when it is chipped sufficiently and prevent Perrserker from getting off a powerful U-turn. Malamar can run 148 Speed EVs for Jolly Perrserker at the opportunity cost of bulk. Either way, it enables Malamar to outpace drampa, which would otherwise revenge kill with ease if it is running Choice Specs. The rest goes into special bulk, which Malamar cannot boost. This enables it to be a sturdy check to offensive Ghost and Psychic types such as Cursola, Froslass, and Indeedee-F. It can also check miscellaneous special attackers, including the Rotom forms, thanks to its bulk.

Malamar works well on bulkier spike stack Spikes-stacking teams; Malamar is great at crippling or taking advantage of foes that are problematic for such builds, such as Heavy-Duty Boots Eldegoss with Pollen Puff, Clefairy, and Hattrem. Not only do spikes help wear down its checks, but it helps pressure pokemon that can be irritating for spike stack in particular. Heavy Duty Boots Eldegoss with Pollen Puff is a common source of hazard removal, and knocking off its boots makes it much harder for it to stay healthy. Clefairy, which is immune to hazard damage, also finds its eviolite knocked off if it is needed to emergency check Malamar. Hattrem, which bounces back hazards, is excellent set-up fodder for malamar. In particular, Garbodor and Qwilfish make excellent teammates in particular. In addition to spikes Spikes, they provide a crucial bug resist Bug-type check and means for punishing U-turn from the likes of the Silvally formes, Ninjask, and Perrserker if running Rocky Helmet. They can also switch in on fairy types Fairy-types, and can potentially toxic badly poison Quagsire and Cofagrigus with Toxic, both of which impede sweeps. In return, Malamar provides a valuable psychic immunity and ghost check Psychic immunity and Ghost-type check.

Malamar also appreciates teammates that help wear down fairy types Fairy-types. Drampa is particular functions well as a teammate since its powerful Hyper Voice, combined with hazards and Knock Off from Malamar make it difficult for them to check both of these pokemon Pokemon. If running Sap Sipper, Drampa also exploits the usage of using Eldegoss as a check to Malamar.

the information overall here works, but it can use condensing, which I tried to do here in addition to fixing some of the more basic GP edits. let me know when you've implemented this so I can take a second look at it

Furthermore, Malamar's special bulk allows it to check Ghost- and Psychic-types as well as other special attackers, such as Cursola, Froslass, Indeedee-F, and the Rotom forms formes (form is used for visual differences like shiny Pokemon, whereas forme is used for situations like this, Silvally, etc). Knock Off hits Ghost-types hard, which prevent Malamar from boosting, in addition to providing excellent utility in removing items. Rest and Sleep Talk give Malamar much needed staying power, and prevents status from cutting a sweep short. Sleep Talk can also help alleviate Superpower's low PP, which can come into play in longer battles. The speed EV's Speed EVs allow Malamar to outspeed Adamant Perrserker and Drampa, which prevent them from reliably revenge killing it. Malamar can run 148 Speed EVs for Jolly Perrserker at the opportunity cost of bulk. (I think Perrserker is niche enough as is, and I'd rather have the bulk for pivoting into other foes)

Malamar works well on bulkier Spike-stacking Spikes-stacking (yea it sounds weird but the move is called Spikes, so you're stacking Spikes) teams; Malamar is effective at crippling or taking advantage of foes that can be problematic for such builds, such as Heavy-Duty(hyphenate) Boots Eldegoss with Pollen Puff, Clefairy, and Hattrem. In particular, Garbodor and Qwilfish make excellent teammates. In addition to Spikes, they provide a crucial Bug-type resistance and means for punishing U-turn from the likes of the Silvally forms formes, Ninjask, and Perrserker if running Rocky Helmet. overall the content in this looks good, so most of this is just cleaning up a couple basic GP edits so workload for them will be less. QC 1/2 when done
