http://www.smogon.com/rs/pokemon/mightyena

[Overview]
- Base 90 attack
- No physical STAB
- Pretty bad movepool
- Has the same stats that Ariados does

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Shadow Ball
move 2: Hidden Power Fighting
move 3: Body Slam / Double-Edge / Return
move 4: Poison Fang / Iron Tail
item: Choice Band
nature: Adamant / Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

[SET COMMENTS]
This is the best way to do damage with this thing. Ghost + Fighting is neutral coverage on everything. Last 2 are filler. Mightyena's movepool sucks.

[SET]
name: Special Attacker
move 1: Crunch
move 2: Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Grass / Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Substitute
move 4: Yawn / Toxic / Taunt
item: Petaya Berry
nature: Modest / Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP

[SET COMMENTS]
- Mightyena's movepool is absolute shit. So is it's special attack. But this can catch some physical walls off guard. Hidden Power Fire hits Steel types. HP Ice can be used for Murkrow, and HP Grass can just be used on Graveler, etc.
- The last 2 moves are filler because Mightyena gets nothing better. Toxic can be used for walls, Taunt can be used to force a switch, same for yawn. Set up with Substitute until Petaya and try to sweep. Hint: TRY.
