Added Moves: Freeze-Dry
Weight: 30 kg
Flavor/Design: Froslass 2
Competitive Overview: A "OAV" mon (own Aurora Veil). Goes really fast and hits things with strong accurate Blizzards and Freeze-Drys. Like usual, it has a lot of utility options like spikes, statuses and pain split which can all be used as last move options. Its balanced by its really horrendous defensive typing, granting it an unbootsable sr weakness.

Flavor/Design: Based off the cave hyenas, which existed in Britain 30 thousand years ago.

Pokémon: Mightyena-Galar

New Evolution Name: Paleolyena (paleolithic + hyena)
Type:

Abilities: Pressure/Analytic/Stakeout
Stats: 100/120/90/60/70/80 (BST 520)
Added Moves: Stone Edge, Bone Rush, Bonemerang, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Trick, Fake Out
Weight: 76.0 kg
Flavor/Design: A concept based around cave paintings, mainly of the cave hyenas but also of other animals and figures. Many of the moves added to Mightyena revolve around its newly gained Rock-typing, the cave-dwelling aspect as well as filling in moves that regular Mightyena really ought to have; While moves added to Paleolyena are focused on the seldomly portrayed intelligence of hyenas as well as the fossil status of cave hyenas in real life. The added ability in Analytic reflects this, too, while Pressure and Stakeout point to how spotted hyenas (which cave hyenas are) are one of the top hunters in the wild.
Competitive Overview: A decently bulky attacker capable of discouraging switching from a combination of Pursuit and Stakeout/Analytic, held back by its poor defensive typing and a speed that's nothing to write home. If you have sandstorm support it could probably still take a hit or two and dish back some good damage, though, especially with Analytic.
:sm/misdreavus::sm/mismagius:
Pokémon: Misdreavus
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Levitate / Magician / Prankster
Justification: Both Magician and Prankster have flavor connections to the concept of witchcraft and magic, which Misdreavus is based on, so this seems like a natural fit. Prankster also mirrors Murkrow and Misdreavus, with its decent 60/60/85 Eviolite-boosted bulk and moves like Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Destiny Bond, Memento, Thunder Wave, and Trick, can abuse it much more effectively

Pokémon: Mismagius
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Levitate / Magician / Magic Guard
Justification: Again with the magic thing, plus Magic Guard actually gives you a reason to use Mismagius over Gengar, since it now also doesn't care about poison as well as hazards, weather, and, most importantly, Life Orb recoil, making Mismagius a sturdier sweeper and stallbreaker
Congratulations to Gravity Monkey, zerobreaker000, and myself for winning!

And for this first time, there's no tiebreaker vote (we got really close though), so we can move right into the next slate!

Added Moves: Aurora Veil
Weight: 82.6kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): WIP!
Competitive Overview (Optional):
Blazing Special Attack and Speed makes it an ideal revenge sweeper or just sweeper in general, with great coverage in Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball and Energy Ball, along with powerful moves of its own in Blizzard and Psychic. In also functions as a decent support mon, with Light Screen / Reflect / Aurora Veil, and boasting moves like Encore, Heal Bell, Taunt, Toxic, Trick and Wish. Combined with Substitute and setup options in Nasty Plot, this highly flexible yet fragile ice cannon can obliterate any opponent that stands in its way. Of course, since this is an ice cannon, just about any bullet can shatter it -- especially priority bullet punches.

Pokémon: Jynx
Link: Evolution
New Evolution Name: Enchemprost (Enchant + empress + frost)
Type:

Evolution Item:
Abilities: Oblivious / Sheer Force / Dry Skin
Stats: 85 / 65 / 67 / 125 / 113 / 85 (+20 / +15 / +32 / +10 / +18 / -10) (BST 540)
Added Moves: Mystical Fire, Freeze-Dry
Weight: 93.3 kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): With the additional stats from the fact that Jynx is a lower BST than both of his ‘counterparts’, I emulated the boosts they got through evolution by raising the defense to the same level, bumping up the HP, and giving a hefty boost to an attacking stat while removing 10 in speed. Seeing how Electivire and Magmortar are built in comparison to their pre-evos, Enchemprost would be much larger and bulkier in frame than the lanky Jynx, as well as much more threatening. Electivire has wires in its back, Magmortar a hand cannon, Enchemprost would have a large frozen pentagram as a collar (to reflect its wizard flavor).
Competitive Overview (Optional): Sheer Force was the only way I could think of to make Enchemprost vaguely decent strategically. Though it is slow for a sweeper, both of its stabs being boosted by sheer force and its access to Nasty Plot make it a very threatening wallbreaker that bonks defensive teams in the face. Still has possibly the worst defensive typing in the game, and is weak to almost all common priority options with its paper physical bulk.
EDIT: typo and had allocated 8 extra BST

Pokémon: Jynx
Link: Evolution (Frosterizer)
New Evolution Name: Frostonna (Frostbite + Yuki-onna)
Type:

Abilities: Oblivious / Dazzling / Dry Skin
Stats: 75 / 60 / 67 / 138 / 115 / 85 (540 BST)
Added Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Haze, Mist, Mirror Coat, Play Rough, Hex, Teeter Dance, Icicle Crash
Weight: 126.6 kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): Frostonna's are infinitely more Dazzling, and infinitely more terrifying, than a Jynx could ever hope to be. With much longer hair with glittery ice particles and a taller, more extravagant dress-like body also adorned with glittery strands of ice, Frostonnas are the beauties of frozen tundra. However, don't let your guard down around these Pokémon's looks or their masterful dancing that they perfected from their days as a Jynx, as humans and Pokemon that let themselves become mesmerized often end up stranded in an icy wasteland. Trained Frostonnas can make great dance or figure skating partners.
Competitive Overview (Optional): With massive 138 Special Attack and a great offensive typing in Ice/Psychic, plus coverage in Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, and Dazzling Gleam, Frostonna can very easily rip apart frailer Pokemon with a Choice Specs set or attempt a sweep with Z-Lovely Kiss + Nasty Plot. Its power is more than enough for it to be a threat, just be weary that it often can't afford to run Heavy-Duty Boots, so it has to deal with rocks, it's even slower than Jynx, so setting up might be hard, and it's still very frail with a horrible defensive typing, so be cautious with it.

:sm/elekid::sm/magby:
Pokémon: Elekid & Electabuzz
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Static / Lightning Rod / Vital Spirit
Justification: I figured that Elekid and Electabuzz should get another ability related to electricity and Lightning Rod seems have the best combination of flavor and competitive use in the case of Electabuzz, so I went with that

Pokémon: Electivire
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Motor Drive / Iron Fist / Vital Spirit
Justification: A small but noticeable buff to Electivire who's biggest problem, other than maybe its speed tier, is that its move are simply too weak despite its 123 Attack stat. With Iron Fist, this problem gets somewhat addressed, with Thunder Punch becoming a respectable 90 BP, the same as Wild Charge but without recoil. This also makes Ice Punch and Fire Punch 90 BP, making them much more threatening coverage options, and I mean, I guess you can use Hammer Arm and Power-Up Punch, too. Electivire honestly needs much more than this to ever be viable, but this is a start

Pokémon: Magby & Magmar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flame Body / Flash Fire / Vital Spirit
Justification: Same train of thought from Elekid for Magby here. Magmortar probably should've just had Flash Fire in the first place, but better late than never

Pokémon: Magmortar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flame Body / Adaptability / Vital Spirit
Justification: I wanted to give Magmortar a power boosting ability to mirror Electivire, but since it learns no moves that are boosted by Mega Launcher, I couldn't go with the obvious choice, so I went with Adaptability, since Magmortar's Dex entries mention how potent its fire shooting abilities are and the fact it lives in volcanoes, which even for a Fire-type probably isn't easy. This makes Magmortar's Fire Blasts hit extremely hard, making it a lot more threatening once it actually makes its way onto the field

:sm/skarmory:
Pokémon: Skarmory
Link: Base Stat Total Change
Stats: 65 / 100 (+20) / 140 / 40 / 70 / 70 (485 BST)
Justification: I would've put it in HP like Mantine, but someone already did that, so here's an Attack buff I guess. Makes sets that don't run Body Press less passive and makes the Swords Dance meme set a little less of a meme

:sm/skarmory:
Pokémon: Skarmory
Link: Prevolution (Evolves when leveled up with another Steel-type in the party)
New Prevolution Name: Alicuto (Alicanto + Cute)
Type:

Abilities: Keen Eye / Sturdy / Weak Armor
Stats: 35 / 65 / 65 / 30 / 50 / 100 (345 BST)
Removed Moves: Dark Pulse, Roar, Taunt, Assurance, Fury Cutter, Guard Swap, Ominous Wind, Payback, Sand Tomb, Torment, Twister, Body Press
Weight: 10.5 kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): Alicutos have metal but fairly flimsy feathers, so to make it easier for their parent Skarmories to protect them and to make it easier to escape predators when left unattended, Alicutos feathers are much more optimized for speed rather than defense. Thus, after learning how to fly, Alicutos can make great scouts for Skarmory flocks before evolving.
Competitive Overview (Optional): Well, someone already rearranged Mantyke's stats, so I went in a completely new direction. With the highest Speed stat in LC (tied with Voltorb), Alicuto is a great suicide lead thanks to its access to Spikes, Stealth Rock, Defog, and Taunt. It can also pull of an okay Swords Dance set since being a Flying-type that can threaten Onix is a huge boon. However, it's quite frail thanks to its low HP, so you have to be a bit careful using it

Are we going to do GMax Beedril in the future btw
Also remind me how Jynx is a counterpart to those two when it has 40 less BST than them
We'll do GMax forms after every normal slate as part of flavor-only slates (along with PokeDex entries and sprites (the sprite won't be slated, we'll just use whatever people make)) since the mod is NatDex OU based with no plans for an AG meta, so there's no point in having them take up spot in normal slates

BST is just one of the things that can decide whether or not a Pokemon is a counterpart of another, but equal BST isn't required, as even Magmar and Electabuzz have different BSTs. Jynx can be considered a counterpart since in Gen 1, Jynx, Magmar, and Electabuzz were single-stage mons with the types of the elemental punches grouped together in the PokeDex and were the only mons other than Hitmonchan that could learn the elemental punches. Then in Gen 2, they all got baby prevolutions that evolve at level 30, further establishing the link. The link was only broken in Gen 4 when Jynx didn't get an evolution, which is what we're doing

:Jynx: -> Blizzopera (Blizzard + Opera)

Type: Psychic/Ice

Ability: Oblivious/Liquid Voice/Dry Skin

Stats: 80/50/65/135/105/105 BST=540

New Moves: Boomburst, Sparkling Aria, Moonblast, Moonlight

Now Jynx has a better way to try to fight against fire types, because let's be honest, she never had anything to do against them (unless you use hidden power or water gun). It can act as a wallbreaker with moves like Liquid Voice Boomburst and Hyper Voice, together with Nasty Plot and a healing option in Moonlight, Blizzopera might be even better than it's two counterparts.

Pokémon: Jynx
Link: Evolution
New Evolution Name: Valkeerie (valkyrie + eerie)
Type: Ice/Psychic
Abilities: Oblivious/Mirror Armor/Dry Skin
Stats: 95/50/65/135/100/95 (BST 540)
Added Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Eerie Spell, Follow Me, Hex, Mirror Coat, Night Shade, Sparkling Aria, Spotlight
Weight: 80.6 kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): Upon evolving, Valkeerie grows a protective icy armor over its head and torso and becomes more in tune with the spirit realm, allowing it to channel spiritual energy into its attacks. This connection causes many to be wary of Valkeerie, especially of the strange chanting that can be heard throughout the mountains where it resides; however, it is a compassionate Pokemon, as it will come to the aid of Pokemon that fall in battle and sing them soothing melodies, and will also aid restless spirits. However, Valkeerie can also be somewhat egotistical, as it mostly comes out of its seclusion at times where it'll get the most attention.
Competitive Overview (Optional): Valkeerie is largely a better Jynx competitively, running either NP or a Choice set, albeit now having the bulk to actually take some hits (at least special ones); offensively, it can use Sparkling Aria to hit Fire types and Gleam as alternative coverage for Dark. Additionally, Valkeerie could have some interesting use in VGC, packing redirection, strong attacks and Mirror Armor to mess up Intimidate users on top of inheriting Fake Out from Jynx.

1622562702905.png

Pokémon: Elekid & Electabuzz
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Static / Volt Absorb/ Vital Spirit
Justification: The Dex constantly mentions how Elekid and Electabuzz are always gobbling up electricity, and Volt Absorb translating that electricity into HP seemed like a perfect way to reflect that.

Pokémon: Electivire
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Motor Drive/Reckless/Vital Spirit
Justification: Electivire's Dex entries mention both its tendency to charge in regardless of its opponent's actions, as well as how much it just disperses its high voltage everywhere- that sounds pretty Reckless to me. Competitively, this gives a substantial boost to STAB Wild Charge, finally giving Vire the strong physical Electric move it has sorely needed.

Pokémon: Magby & Magmar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flame Body/White Smoke/Vital Spirit
Justification: Since Yoshi already did Flash Fire, I figured that White Smoke was another ability that could show off this line's blazing flames, especially since several entries mention how Magmar's breath can obscure visibility. Also volcano.

Pokémon: Magmortar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flame Body/Mold Breaker/Vital Spirit
Justification: With Magmortar's overwhelming Fire power, Mold Breaker seemed an ideal fit for this conveying the power (Sheer Force would probably be a bit too crazy), also allowing Mag to break through several mons that might otherwise be shielded by their abilities.

Pokémon: Skarmory
Link: Prevolution
New Prevolution Name: Daggana (Dagger + Gagana)
Type: Steel/Flying
Abilities: Keen Eye/Sturdy/Weak Armor
Stats: 40/65/110/20/50/60 (BST 345)
Removed Moves: Body Press, Dark Pulse, Fly, Fury Cutter, Night Slash, Ominous Wind, Roar, Sand Tomb, Sky Attack, Swift, Taunt, Twister, Whirlwind
Weight: 12.5 kg
Flavor/Design (Optional): Daggana are born with rather blunt feathers, making their flight laborious and awkward at first, lacking the control and grace of their evolution; as such, they tend to spend most of their time on the ground. Skarmory will teach Daggana to hunt by bringing them weakened prey and allowing them to deal the finishing blow; this also instills a temperament which allow Daggana to defend themselves once they leave the nest. As they mature, Daggana use rocks to sharpen their feathers and hone the blades to cut through the air, allowing them to finally take proper flight as Skarmory.
Competitive Overview (Optional): Don't know LC too well, but Daggana can function as either a suicide lead with Spikes or maybe an SD sweeper with dual STAB and Rock Slide.

Congrats to the winners. I'm only going to do half of the entries this time because I'm lazy like that and I can't think of much for Skarmory that hasn't already been done, at least that I would like.

Pokémon: Jynx
Link: Evolution
New Evolution Name: Optimagury ("optima" | "optimism" + "augury" with a pun on "maw" given its...face)
Evolution Item: Optimizer [guess this would be Optimabooster or even just Optiboost in Japanese going by the other two item names--shrug]
Type:
/

Abilities: Oblivious / Soundproof (new) / Dry Skin (hidden ability)
Stats: 85 HP / 55 Atk / 70 Def / 130 SpA / 115 SpD / 85 Spe [= 540 BST; Jynx's stats: 65 HP / 50 Atk / 35 Def / 115 SpA / 95 SpD / 95 Spe = 455 BST]
Added Moves: Freeze-Dry, Moonblast, Moonlight, Parting Shot, Sparkling Aria, Spotlight
Weight: 307.5 lbs. | 139.5 kg [literally the average of Druddigon and Lickilicky's weights, the two next heaviest Pokémon after Electrivire]
Flavor/Design: Pokémon Sword: "In seeing the bright futures it wants to achieve, this Pokémon can be very stubborn, to the point of ignoring its trainer if it finds them too negative."
Pokémon Shield: "Wanting to enact only bright futures for all, this Pokémon focuses more on influencing the world more with its beautiful singing than with its psychic abilities."

As other people have already done, I'm leaning into the "opera" aspect of Jynx and its borderline offensive design, with evolution having it made into the archetypal "fat lady". Unlike what little I know of opera, however, Optimagury would attempt to strive for the best futures possible actively rather than being forced to use the somewhat useless Forewarn ability to achieve only tragedy, i.e. being tragically unplayable. This is part why none of the new moves it gets are remotely Psychic-related, though it helps that it basically already had all of the best non-exclusive ones anyway, including the redone Teleport.

Speaking of new moves, Sparking Aria fits the opera theme without having to go all in on sound moves, as well as gives the Jynx line access to a stronger Water attack than it would otherwise have. Moonblast, Moonlight, Parting Shot, and Spotlight all similarly have at least some flavor influence from opera, though Moonblast is the iffiest of those and Moonlight doesn't play as well with Dry Skin as one would hope. This ironically leaves Freeze-Dry, the sole STAB move that it got, as the arguably iffiest new move, though given that Kyurem also has 130 SpA and is faster, it's probably fine to give to Optimagury--probably.

In going back to opera focuses and "the fat lady" trope, evolution has increased Jynx's bulk a lot and, as it did for both Electrivire and Magmortar, lowered her Speed a bit by 10 points. Thankfully 85 Speed is still at least decent unlike poor, poor Magmortar and its eternally awkward 83 Speed. It still doesn't want really take a physical hit, especially since Ice is the worst defensive typing in the game and since Psychic is little better (especially if you're getting Pursuited), but it at least will no longer explode into ganguro confetti if anything physically so much as grazes it now. Yay?

Its new bulk and the basis for it is why it weighs as much as it does though, so avoid Low Kick I guess. (I was also tempted to give it Tinted Lens instead of Soundproof after I decided on this much better current name after two absolutely horrible ones, but I want to keep Soundproof because....)

Competitive Overview: It's a bit difficult to know where this would ultimately shake out in OU or elsewhere, but I did know that first and foremost I just wanted another Soundproof user since Kommo-o is annoyingly the only really usable one at present, especially since it isn't either outright weak to Poison and/or just outright garbage. So it would just be nice to have another usable answer to Toxtricity spamming Boomburst that isn't either a Ghost or Kommo-o; a bit of a shame that Volcarona's Fiery Dance still hits Optimagury super effectively, but it at least gets Psyshock to hit it back if it doesn't have more than one Quiver Dance up.

Outside of those two specific mons, the existence of Heavy-Duty Boots helps it as it does basically all (Stealth) Rock-weak mons, especially one with two pivot moves now as well as at least two forms of healing. I was initially considering giving this Magic Guard before I had decided anything else just because of the fantasy elements some of the most famous operas tends to have (that I am aware of) and it being a Psychic-type that could use a lot of help. This despite being rightfully wary of that overpowered ability. The stats I wanted, however, (thankfully) didn't line up with Magic Guard given this would have had (way) too much bulk for a Magic Guard mon. This even before the fact that Magic Guard is so busted that it also negates Life Orb recoil, which I tend to forget. So Boots will have to do, and it will at least can have Freeze-Dry now somewhat safely.

In fact, with Freeze-Dry as its Ice STAB, Optimagury can hit basically every mon in the game that isn't Shedinja at least neutrally with its STABs and Sparkling Aria, which is pretty good even if Sparkling Aria is a somewhat underwhelming Water attack normally. Otherwise, due all of its status moves, Optimagury is largely an active support mon, one that can even pass as a cleric; I will note here that at present Heal Bell now works through your own Soundproof, so even that's not a problem though Oblivious would arguably be better for a cleric anyway. Finally, among other things, this mon would become the strongest non-Mega haver of Future Sight, Teleport, and Wish, slightly edging out the far less bulky and slightly slower Gardevoir. Between that, being the only mon to have Parting Shot with Future Sight and Parting Shot with Wish (and so both), and abuse Hail, Psychic Terrain, and, to a far lesser degree, Rain, this mon should at least be "decent" I suppose.

Pokémon: Elekid & Electabuzz
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Static / Lightning Rod (new) / Vital Spirit (hidden ability)
Justification: Several of both Elekid and Electabuzz's Pokédex entries talk about how it basically acts like a lightning rod, but for some reason it never got this ability retroactively despite Motor Drive acting like a version of it anyway, just for Speed. So here we are ripping off Yoshiblaze.

Pokémon: Electivire (ugh, I keep misspelling its name with a "tri")
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Motor Drive / Defiant (new) / Vital Spirit (hidden ability)
Justification: Since okispokis already took Reckless due to my indecision and sloth, I figure I will go with an adjectival ability that is similar in tone but not self-destructive. It's for this reason that this version of Electrivire gets Defiant, in part because its own Pokédex make it seem like something not easily Intimidated given how much it wants to close the gap between itself and its opponent. So I figured I would let it directly benefit from Intimidate, especially since the other abilities that now block Intimidate fit less and since Guts has similar self-destructive issues as Reckless while arguably limiting item choice (a lot) more; Guts is also arguably more self-destructive than Reckless, at least as far as Wild Charge is concerned.

Pokémon: Magby & Magmar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flash Fire / Immunity (new) / Vital Spirit (Hidden ability)
Justification: I feel like one of the most ignored things about volcanoes is tha they let out a lot of poisonous (to humans and other non-plants) gases; see: current happenings in the Congo. So it seems like something that isn't a Poison-type that lives near and even in active volcanos would have to be immune to being poisoned by them in some way, especially if it actually still breathes in regular air and not carbon dioxide as Magmar's line and most other Pokémon seem to still do. So here we are, with the ability that weirdly only three other actual mons get for some reason, and Zangoose basically doesn't count.

Pokémon: Magmortar
Link: New Ability
Abilities: Flash Fire / Poison Heal (new) / Vital Spirit (hidden ability)
Justification: For the same reasons as above, I decided to go with Poison Heal for Magmortar. While this seems even weirder than "hey, maybe something that lives in volcano's should be immune to being horribly poisoned and/or suffocated", there are three reasons for this "logic".

The first is that Magmortar plainly needs all the help it can get (and more), and thus an ability that "actively" does something would be a nice instead of its two other, more passive abilities; Poison Heal would also somewhat help combat the damage of Stealth Rock, especially if it can stay in (or manage to get Poisoned without Toxic Orb). The second is that is that the Pokédex entry for Moon apparently says that use of its current full power, even without any additional boosts, is capable of partially melting its own arms, which is...ow. So Poison Heal would provide some "logical" explanation how it doesn't just end up maiming itself for life if it needs to go all-out even once without giving it an ability as obnoxious as Regenerator is, especially since it still lives in volcanoes; the temptation to give it Regenerator is certainly there though--see the first point. The third and final reason is simply that it would be interesting see a mon with such a different typing and such a different stat build get the same extremely rare ability as Breloom and Gliscor have--no more, no less.

(That said, it is rather weird to realize/be reminded that, given how well-built Breloom is built, Breloom has more Defense than Magmortar does. Gods, this mon....)

Oh, I guess there is technically a fourth reason: it means that all three of the mons in this group all have every ability of their fully evolved forms provide some kind of immunity now, though technically Defiant isn't an immunity...we'll just ignore that.

Stay safe. I'm finally going to bed now. Yay.

Though it is slow for a sweeper, both of its stabs being boosted by sheer force and its access to Nasty Plot make it a very threatening wallbreaker that bonking defensive teams in the face. Still has possibly the worst defensive typing in the game, and is weak to almost all common priority options with its paper physical bulk.
EDIT: typo and had allocated 8 extra BST

:Jynx: -> Blizzopera (Blizzard + Opera)

Ability: Oblivious/Liquid Voice/Dry Skin

Stats: 80/50/65/135/105/105 BST=540

New Moves: Boomburst, Sparkling Aria, Moonblast, Moonlight

Competitive Explanation Now Jynx has a better way to try to fight against fire types, because let's be honest, she never had anything to do against them (unless you use hidden power or water gun). It can act as a wallbreaker with moves like Liquid Voice Boomburst and Hyper Voice, together with Nasty Plot and a healing option in Moonlight, Blizzopera might be even better than it's two counterparts.

However, it's quite frail thanks to its low HP, so you have to be a bit careful using it
:skarmory:
Pokémon: Skarmory
Link: Base Stat Total Change
Stats: 85 (+20) | 80 | 140 | 40 | 70 | 70 (BST: 485)
Justification: It is even bulkier than before now! Haha!
It matches Mantine's stats now though
Congratulations to myself, The Damned, and かたわれ時 for winning!

For Magby's secondary ability, we have a 2-way tie between Yoshiblaze (hey that's me) and The Damned. To break the tie, we will have a short tiebreaker vote for the first couple days of the next slate (or however long it takes to get a definitive winner). Vote for one of the 2 below options

I'll let the tiebreaker run through the night and (hoepfully) start up the slate in the afternoon

And the winner of the tiebreaker is The Damned!

Now for Slate 5
Slate 5
:sm/slowking: -> :sm/slowbro::sm/slowbro-mega:
Slowking -> Slowbro
Missing Link
: Mega Evolution
- The Mega must have a BST of 590
- The Mega must be a primary Water-type
- Nobody's broken this rule yet, but remember that Mega Evolutions cannot change the HP stat

:sm/mankey::sm/primeape: -> :sm/meowth::sm/persian::sm/meowth-alola::sm/persian-alola:
Mankey line -> Meowth line (Part 1)
Missing Link
: Alolan form
- Mankey-Alola must have a BST of 305; Primeape-Alola must have a BST of 455
- Remember that Regional forms typically do not have drastic stat changes

:sm/dustox:->:sm/beautifly:
Dustox -> Beautifly
Missing Link
: +10 BST
- Dustox must end up with 395 BST
- Stats cannot be lowered, only raised

I like this pet mod concept, so i'm gonna try it out!

:ss/mankey:
Alolan Mankey
Ht:
Same as Mankey
Wt: Same as Primeape
Type: Fighting/Ground
Abilities: Sand Rush ,Dry Skin (Inner Focus)
Stats: 40/80/35/35/45/70 (305 BST) (Indifferent)
Added Moves: Bulldoze, Earth power, Mud Shot, Sandstorm, High Horsepower
Removed Moves: Sunny Day, Thrash, Aerial Ace, Covet, Assurance

Flavor Description: Mankey have adapted to the desert parts of alola. They have also calmed their anger down, and are usually very quiet before striking its prey. They also like to roll in sand. Design wise, i dunno, i guess it can look like a tumbleweed lol

Competitive Description: Use the Evolution

:ss/primeape:
Alolan Primeape
Ht:
Same as Primeape
Wt: Same as Primeape
Type: Fighting/Ground
Abilities: Sand Rush, Dry Skin (Defiant)
Stats: 65/105/70/40/70/105 (Total: 455)

Flavor Description: Same thing but bigger i guess

Competitive Description: Physical Sweeper that has a powerful ability in defiant, which makes it not worry about intimidate. Ground Fighting is also an amazing offensive type, combine that with set up in swords dance, and coverage in stone edge, and you got a recipe for success, basically. You can run dry skin if you want a water immunity too, i guess.

:ss/slowking:
Mega Slowking
Type:
Water/Psychic
Ability: Analytic
Stats: 95/75/100/150/140/30 (Total: 590)
New Moves: None for now

Flavor Description: Since slowking is known for being incredibly smart, analytic was the logical ability to give mega slowking. Design wise, the spiny ruff turns into a cape, and the shellder will now enlarge to look like a conch.

Competitive Description: Slowking is already a good pokemon, but begs the question, "Would i really want to use the mega over the base?" Anyways, Mega Slowking with a great 150 special attack and set up with nasty plot and analytic can hit like a truck. Sadly, the loss of Regenerator and Heavy Duty boots does hinder it, so you are gonna have to be careful on controlling it. Even though Regular Slowking might still outclass the mega, if you use Mega Slowking correctly, it will certainly give you a W.

:ss/Dustox:
New Stats: 60/50/70/50/100/65
+10 special defense

Dustox seemed like the more bulkier counterpart to Beautifly, so i did the logical thing to do and increased its special defense. Still sucks ass competitively tho

Work!
Pokémon: Mankey
Link: Regional Form
New Regional Form Name: Alolan Mankey
Type:

Abilities: Defiant / Vital Spirit / Gorilla Tactics
Stats: Unchanged
Added Moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Blaze Kick, Flame Charge, Sky Attack, Peck, Dual Wingbeat
Removed Moves: Close Combat, Cross Chop, Dynamic Punch, Karate Chop, Low Kick, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Smack Down,
Weight: Same
Flavor/Design (Optional): Based on the saying, 'when pigs fly'. Its body resembles a cloud.
Competitive Overview (Optional): Probably broken in LC with Gorilla tactics but idk

Pokémon: Primeape
Link: Regional Form
New Regional Form Name: Alolan Primeape
Type:

Abilities: Defiant / Vital Spirit / Gorilla Tactics
Stats: Unchanged
Added Moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Blaze Kick, Flame Charge, Sky Attack, Peck, Dual Wingbeat
Removed Moves: Close Combat, Cross Chop, Dynamic Punch, Karate Chop, Low Kick, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Smack Down,
Weight: Same
Flavor/Design (Optional): Based on the saying, 'when pigs fly'. Its body resembles a cloud.
Competitive Overview (Optional): OU-level Gorilla Tactics mon. Probably won't be viable with dual CB because it craves HDB with its 4x SR weakness

Pokémon: Dustox
Link: Base Stat Total Change
Stats: 60 / 50 / 70 / 60 / 90 / 65 (+10 SpA)
Justification: makes QD sets slightly more viable but honestly, Dustox needs more than +10

Pokémon: Dustox
Link: Base Stat Total Change
Stats: 70 (+10) / 50 / 70 / 60 / 90 / 65 (BST 395)
Justification: Given that Dustox's attacks and speed are effectively unsalvageable, just shoring up the weak spot in its barely usable bulk seems the best option. Again, this is still a bug with barely any moves and 395 BST.

On this note, I'd like to bring up the possibilities of buffing mons we've modified (along with their unmodified counterparts) to a point where they can actually function in the resulting meta. It'd have to be after all the links are completed, of course.
