my opponent did not show up at the scheduled time, i waited 35 mins but did not hear from them

My opponent has now contacted me to inform me that they had an internet outage that prevented them from playing, unfortunaly i do not have another availability window before the deadline so if we can get an extension that would potentially enable us to reschedule
