I want to have a rapid spinner and a defensive (stealth rock, toxic spikes) Pokemon but I'm not sure what to replace.

Sorry but this thread will probably be locked. U should go check RMT rules before postng an rmt.
Now for my rate.
Golisopod and Araquanid don't provide any synergy whatsoever so i'd recommend replacing Golisopod.
Just so you know Garchomp has Stealth Rock and Fire Fang is useless so I'd replace that with SR.
As For a defogger, Skarmory could work but if u prefer something that can handle Special attacks, Latias is an amazing choice.
Latias provides both defog and healing wish support, making it easier to sweep w/ another pokemon.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
