If you don't mind cloned versions, I can provide you with Jolly Scrappy Kanga (needs Move Relearner for Fake Out). Can even throw in a Male Adamant Gale Wings Talonflame (Tailwind can be relearnt). Both were bred on Y. 90% sure that the EV spreads are what you're looking for, unless I remember incorrectly where I've placed the last 4 EVs. Let me know if you want them.

Japanese just in case I feel like doing Masuda Method for shinies. But hold off for a second on that.

I don't mean to be rude, but I'm only saying this for your own good. If you're going to ask for VGC capable legendaries, atleast offer the same (It doesn't even seem like you Softreset most of them). Get rid of the neutral natures, and ones that don't help the pokemon at all, It may be just me but I see no competitive value to most of them, and thats what smogon is mainly about. Otherwise the shinies you offer and breedable are good, and I may make some offers on your breedables later.

I don't have PokeBank or anything to transfer Legendaries to, so what I have is set in stone since I'm not restarting Omega Ruby for now.
