Third gen shiny flawless RNGs are basically only possible on an emulator. TID/SID is impossible on retail, and to get to the frame required to catch the Pokémon it takes around 500 hours+ not-sped up (I read the little trainer card ingame). The faraway island Mew event was only released to japan, and I have used a warp code to get there (thanks for reminding me though, must post those). On top of that, I've stated in the post with my IDs that my emerald file(s) is on an emulator.

Edit to clarify: They're 100% legal and possible by the game, but people that dislike emulators may not consider them 100% legit.
