Welcome to the second installment of the OU Room Premier League, a tournament hosted by the OU Room and its staff across a variety of modern generation OU tiers. If you're not familiar, OURPL follows an SPL style format where eight teams duke it out for seven weeks, followed by a two week playoff stage. I'd like to welcome this years cast of Managers.
