Pursuit traps things like Oricorio-G and SubSplit Haunter which do not appreciate being outsped and taking a Stone Edge.

- Close Combat
- Encore

A Z-Encore is necessary in order to outpace many fast threat in the PU environment and Encore is a good move to lock an opposing threat into a boosting move i.e. Quiver Dance or a weak move in order to gain enough turns to KO the opponent. This way, you have a good cleaner that doesn't fear Intimidate.
U-turn is dropped because forces Primeape to switch-out, thus losing the +1 Spe boost.

With this set, it is very easy to bluff scarfed Primeape, giving u set up opportunities when Pokemon that are usually affraid of Scarf Ape switch out. Knowing this, Z Bulk Up can be used to get a +2 Attack boost allowing Primeape to KO some of the bulkier mons that would usually switch into it. Fightinium Z also has the added benefit of letting u use All Out Pummeling, if u do not need to set up to secure a win.
As you can see, Z Bulk Up has a high damage output, however the chance of missing ur moves is also quite high, so Z Hone Claws can be ran instead to increase Accuracy, as well as Attack, however then u lose ur ability to use All Out Pummeling, which can quite often come in handy.

Primeape @ Salac Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Bulk Up
- Substitute
- Power Trip
Sub Salac Primeape is a fun and interesting set as it gives Primeape more potential to sweep after it is boosted. Power Trip is cool as it has good synergy with Salac and Bulk Up, with 3 boosts (1 Bulk Up + Salac) it is 80bp with +1 Attack and if you manage to get 2 Bulk Ups it turns in 120bp with +2 Attack which can be quite devastating.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Giga Impact
- Close Combat
- U-turn
Pretty obvious, Z impact hits approximately as hard as Fist Plate closecombat but does neutral damage to mesprit, clefairy, and weezing, which are the main checks/counters to ape. Bulkup is very useful vs stuff like spiritomb because uturn does nice damage after the boost and pursuit does less with the defense boost, also people wont be able to revengekill you with gurdurr, togedemaru or scarf ape so easily, which is usually done thanks to ape's low defense stat. This set is sensu weak but pursuit isn't hard to fit in a team.

Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

- Close Combat
Screw dealing with Weezing and Spiritomb. Fist Plate gives the impression that you are just a standard scarf Primeape with attack investment and it allows you to get the OHKO on Spiritomb with Close Combat after a Foresight. Final Gambit is there to just nuke something; if you see a threat out on the field, just go for Final Gambit. Gunk Shot is there so you won't get walled by Clefairy. It can get many surprise kills and it is best paired with something like Gurdurr which can get a sweep later on.

Basically the idea of this set is subbing up on a slower mon or when forcing a switch and when primeape HP's get low it can endeavor the opposing pokemon to kill it with Close combat/Gunk shot, which actually helps vs some pokemon who would wall it,Fightium Z for a extra power close combat if needed as well

Vote by Saturday!
Going for Amphareixon's SubEndeavor Primeape. Pretty cool way to weaken checks immediately while still chipping Weezing (Toxic) and not being weak in order to take it out via kamikaze (Final Gambit) (Not saying those two are bad nominations, but SubEndeavor has the edge over them in certain ways.) The only thing I would change is Stone Edge > Gunk Shot, because the only common mon it really hits is Clefairy, which already hates Endeavor and Close Combat. Not hitting Sensu is also
