Perhaps you'd want to ask in the competitive section instead? I don't really use Skarmory, but your EVs seem a bit random to me :s

Agree with tortoise..why run speed? Also max hp first
I have but they don't seem to care about wifi battles they're too rapped up in pefect IV's and whatever HP they like at the click of a button.

Max out HP and Def. Don't know what you're trying to accomplish with those speed EV's, but maybe you can sacrifice some Def EV's and put them in speed.

No amount of def is worthless on skarm...dont bother to speed creep because you'll be wwing a lot (probably) and you'll go last anyway, dont worry about the even hp, skarm is neutral to rocks (plus if 244 is odd, so is 252hp odd+2=odd) I dont run sp def but its justifiable
What moves are you running on it?
trading perfect iv gastly timid or modest nature for autumn or winter sawsbuck
244 is odd because of weird lvl 50 rounding mechanics
