Lots of people are talking about having different Pokémon in different Pokéballs. Like having something in a Heavy Ball. Now, my two questions. How do you get something like a Heavy Ball in X and Y? Do you just transfer it from HG/SS? Also, how do you get Pokémon you breed to be in different Pokéballs? Like if I want my Charmander in a Dive Ball? Does the mother need to be in a Dive Ball as well, or is there another way?

Apricon balls should be transfer and the mother need to be in the pokeball you want, female charmander in dive ball as you said.

Yes, you would need to transfer a apricorn or dream ball female mon to x and y, because only female-pokés can inherit their poké-balls.

No. Hyper Voice is from the Move Tutor in Gen 5 and can't be passed down.

You can't breed Heal Bell onto Eevee, but the Move Tutor from BW2 can teach it.

Wow, they all look really good on it lol. In fact, you could pick anyone of those and not regret your decision at all XD. Timer is my top choice, but you can never go wrong with luxury :p.
