Unless I fail at math (plz correct if I'm dumb):

1/32 chance for 31 in a stat (remember 0 can happen) = 3.125%

Since 3 stats are guaranteed to be 31 that means only 3 stats are random.

So 1/32 x 1/32 x 1/32 x 1/2 (50% sych) = ~0.00115%

Either way, lucky you that its Uber set doesn't require HP Ice/Flying. ;p
