Right im 2 lazy to import this so sorry lol

Alright this is a pretty nasty core (pun intended) Around agility mega altaria and np celebi. A lot of teams oddly (mostly in tourns) are pretty weak to special mega altaria. So This Core came to mind with the help of a few frens namely doctor ciel and bludz. Basically once heatran/talonflame is gone as well as some other less notable mons. You can attempt to sweep with agility altaria. Thanks to her amazing bulk this can be pulled off pretty easy. Feel free to change the spreads and natures to your liking for whoever decides to build this team. Thanks in advance. I think its obvious that this is a balance core but just in case.

Agility Mega Altaria + NP celebi

Altaria-Mega @ Altarianite
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Agility
- Hyper Voice
- Fire Blast
- Roost

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Recover
- Nasty Plot
- Baton Pass

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Taunt
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

Starting off with this core, Bisharp was my original pokemon, wanting to build a core around. Soon enough I realized that mega Gardevoir is a really good partner to put with Bisharp. These two mons both can destroy walls and stall in general. Also, they both cover each other's checks and counters quite nicely, with bisharp checking Jirachi, victini etc... and Gardevoir checking stuff like Keldeo and Mega Gyarados. However, I realized that SD offensive Scizor/mega Scizor destroys this core if it sets up and thats where I struggled building a team out of these two mons.

What pre-Mevo ability would you reccommend/what are you using on altaria?
I used natural cure, but cloud nine is probably fine too. Crocune and Toxicroak already pretty helpful v rain, so it's not too pressing, imo.

Hi,

+

Why this two mon?
It's easy, those two Pokémon work together since pinsir can kill bulky grass (like venusaur or amoonguss), a weaken heatran wich can hurt celebi and celebi can tank and kill rotom-wash, slowbro, rhyperior, hippodown, latios, raikou, manectric etc... wich can check pinsir.
Celebi can learn T-Wave, heal bell, Stealth rock, healing wish SD + baton pass... All this move can help pinsir for this job.

For this core, add a bird check, a lando-t (because it can totally destroy this 2 mons with stone edge/u-turn), a rock setter if celebi don't run SR...but you are better for build a team than me, i don't think my advices can really help you.

Code:
[hide]Pinsir (M) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Frustration
- Quick Attack / Feint
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance

For celebi, many set can be run but i think giga drain (or seed boomb) is mandatory for tyranitar, slowbro, rotom-w...[/hide]
Thanks you :)

Not that its any of my business but wheres the set for volc? Also you might wanna use the standred gross set. I dont think bulky mega meta a thing. Also your missing hammer arm on gross. Leave the bulky steel mega business 2 mega scizor lol

This core is really good. Volcarona sets up on the steels that wall MegaGross (skarm / scizor) and volc just usually goes ham on balance squads, which pack things like tornt or hippo as their best checks. Another variant could be Pursuit MegaGross + HP Ground Volc, to get rid of Lati@s (and weaken tornt with rocks up).

Just popping to say that sky plate is actually decent on offensive tornadus which want to run sets with a support move such as taunt or tw.

The idea with this core would be taking advantage of two underrated Pokemon: Kyurem-B and Mega Blastoise. The two work well together: MBlast is awesome at hazard control and hits like a nuke with his massive special attack. Since he struggles against Bulky Waters and Grass types, why not pair him up with someone like Kyu-B who can man-handle them all while still maintaining offensive presence? Plus, with hazards taken care of, Kyu-B can switch in on resisted hits more easily with his natural bulk. I chose Torn-T to round out the core because he also benefits from Rapid Spin support and provides a way to check Keldeo and Mega Sceptile, who could be an issue for the other two. I'm not sure about the spread or moveset, but I thought Tailwind support would be good for Kyu-B lategame. I also think spreading paralysis might benefit the hard-hitting core, which could be something for the builders to consider. Thanks!

Thanks for the team! I'll be trying it soon enough, trust me.

Anyways, here's a new core:

Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Agility
- Meteor Mash
- Hammer Arm
- Zen Headbutt

Chandelure @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast
- HP Fighting / Energy Ball / Trick
- HP Fighting / Energy Ball/ Trick

Bear with me with this one. Chandelure can be tweaked to whatever works to be anti-meta nowadays. Both of these pokémon can punch holes in the meta nowadays, and Chandelure is unexpected. They have nice defensive synergy too. I'd like a Hyper Offensive/Balanced/Bulky Offense team.

Volcarona @ Passho Berry
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

M-Diancie and Quiver Dance Volcarona make for a fearsome core, with Volcarona taking out Ferrothorn, bulky Grass types, bulky Water types, etc (anything that hinders M-Diancie), while Diancie is there to take hits from and take out Talonflame and deal with Heatran, the two biggest threats/counters to Volcarona. I feel that this core has potential, and if one of you decides to build around this, I hope you have fun :D

Agreeing with HP Ground / Roost > Bug Buzz as suggested by BlazeLatias

Also, Fire Blast > Fiery Dance all the time

Hey frens! It would be amazing if you built a team around this core for me! I've always been interested in Mega Pidgeot and I love the idea of NP BP celebi (I used it with greninja :]) so i was wondering if you could build around these two.Whats great about this core is that Rotom-W is a problem to Pidgeot but its complete set-up fodder for Celebi. You can always change out NP for Sub on Celebi if you deem it necessary. Other than that have fun building around this!

Bird Jesus (Pidgeot) @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Big Pecks
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power Ground
- U-turn

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Spe / 148 Def
Bold Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Baton Pass
- Giga Drain
- Recover

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Earth Plate
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 56 HP / 220 Atk / 232 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Rock Polish
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Swords Dance

Basic idea is for Heracross to pressure some of Landorus-T's counters like Skarm and Gliscor. Heracross also sets up on other Land-T counters like Chesnaught, while Land-T can set up on Fire- and Flying-types that check Hera. These two are some of the hardest hitting mons in general so I think they'd do pretty well together. I tried building around it but there were so many mons like Keldeo, Char-Y, Azumarill, Psychic Lando-I, etc. that I didn't know where to start, so I'm hoping someone here could help out. You could swap out SD for Sub or Bullet Seed on Hera or change Earth Plate to Leftovers on Land-T if you want. Thanks a lot in advance, it's really cool that you guys are doing this.

Hey guys, thanks for the M-Altaria/Toxicroak/Reuniclus team! Nice blue/purple mons(shiny reuniclus).
Anyway, here's the core:
+

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Encore
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower

These two play very well around each other, with Scizor able to outright KO or bother pokemon that M-Zam doesn't enjoy facing like Lati@s( timid Shadow Ball does 55-65% to 72 HP / 0 SpD Latias and 68-80% to 0 HP / 0 SpD Latios), Tyranitar, Chansey, Bisharp. In addition, Scizor gets free switches for Alakazam via U-turn.

Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Ice Punch
- ThunderPunch
- Hammer Arm

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin

Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 76 SpD / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 240 SpD / 12 Spe
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roost

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Knock Off / Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave / Spikes

Lure Conk + M-Diancie is a really interesting core, where you have Conk taking out things that would usually switch into him (think Clefable, Azumarill and Skarmory) paving the way for a M-Diancie shweep. There are 'mons that are able to stop the two however, such as Mega Metagross and M-Scizor, so I went with teammates that could beat said stops to the core. Tank Chomp was a natural partner, easily switching into M-Metagross and M-Scizor while punishing other physical attackers with Rocky Helmet + Iron Barbs. Decided Fire Blast was a must to wear down Ferrothorn and deal a good chunk to Scizor, two big stops to RP Diancie. Next, I added Ferrothorn to check opposing M-Diancies, Azumarills and Gyaradoses. In addition, Ferro supports the team by removing items and spreading paralysis which is especially helpful for the slow Conkeldurr.

At this point, Serperior bodied the team, and I needed a better fairy switch in (OU Fairies bar Diancie (usually) carry fighting and fire coverage) so I opted for Talonflame. Bulk Up-Wisp is the set I went for as the spreading of burns meant easier set up not only for Diancie but also for Talonflame. Starmie was added to spin away hazards for Talonflame and to provide the team with a solid Keldeo check. To discuss some of the spreads and movesets: Conk speed creeps BD Azu; Hammer Arm > Drain Punch because I wanted to dish out BIG DAMAGE. If you want, you can use Spikes on Ferro because that really helps M-Diancie sweeps; Gyro Ball can be run over Knock Off but I prefer to remove Heatran's and Ferrothorn's Leftovers tbh, and T-Wave can really be clutch for stuff like Zard X. As far as threats to the team, you have standard Landorus (which rekts all teams; let's be real) though Talonflame can handle (pray no Rock Slide). Oh and Mega Manectric gets special mention because you literally have to do the samba around him, kek (tho chomp lives 1 hp ice). Finally, a big shout-out to GeeMick for testing with me, suggestions, and Ferros spread (lives Hyper Voice + Focus Blast from M-Garde). Nothing but a fren.

enjoy!

Edit: Patolegend!'s change here

LOL you can't say that I'm dying

It is worth noting that the Garchomp spread avoids the OHKO from MegaMan, so you can get off a ton of immediate damage on it, making it slightly less of a pain (It gets in Talon range).

Heyaheya everyone. I tried building a team around the Therian Dual-Pivot Core of Landorus-Therian and Thundurus-Therian recently but it ended up rather unbalanced with three Steel types on the team (Heatran, Bisharp, and Lucario).

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 36 Def / 220 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-Turn
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off

Thundurus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 8 SpD / 248 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power Ice
- Focus Blast

I wanted a powerful Volt Switch user to pair with Landorus-Therian, but also wanted to leave my mega slot open for something other than Mega Manectric, so I paired it with Thundurus-Therian.
Together, they work quite well, and both have good individual coverage (Ground/Rock for Landorus, Electric/Ice for Thundurus), but have a major weakness to Ice and don't appreciate Stealth Rock, though thankfully they both immune Spikes and Toxic Spikes.
Focus Blast on Thundurus allows it to take down Excadrill, Mamoswine, and Ferrothorn, which otherwise present a huge threat to Thundurus.

Tyrantrum + Zard X
+ Rotom-W

Sets (close)

Tyrantrum @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Dragon Claw
- Superpower
- Toxic

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Flare Blitz
- Roost

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split

Overview
Ok, so I was itching to use Tyrantrum now that it got Rock Head and could spam CB Head Smashes with ease. After running a couple calcs, I was amazed to find that it OHKO'ed Scarf Lando-T after rocks, and 2HKO'ed both Slowbro and Mega Slowbro after Rocks. These 2 were probably the only things that currently stop Zard X from sweeping their respective playstyles, so I figured that I might as well use it alongside Tyrantrum. I have Adamant Zard, not Jolly, simply for what I stated earlier, that TTrum already OHKO'es Scarf LandT. However, the spread of 104 / 220 / 184 Jolly is still perfectly viable and could possibly be a better variation; it depends on which you prefer. Afterwards, this core was looking really Water and Ground weak, and a bit slow too. I figured the best option to remedy this would be Twave Rotom-W. What's amazing about Twave Rotom-W with this core, is that Twave catches many Lati@s on the switch, which I've found to be the most common revenge killer of TTrum (and Zard too, barring a +1 already). To top it off, Volt Switching on a para'd Lati gets a free switch in to TTrum, and essentially a free kill. Volt Switch in general is great utility when you have frailer mons like TTrum.

I would like a core with these sets:

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit

Alakazam-Mega @ Alakazite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Encore

This core, although underated, can sweep teams and has been climb to #1 by Invok3r(I think thats spelled right.) Banded Scizor removes many threats that oppose mega Alakazam, some being the lati-twins, MegaMeta, Bisharp, Clef, t-tar, etc. Another great effect Scizor has on Ala is that he is a slow-turner. This allows its to freely u-turn and allow Mega Alakazam to most likely come in safely and not take any dmg(besides rocks after mega). Now to explain the moves. Starting with Scizor, Superpower allows it to hit Ferro and other steel type for Super Effective DMG.(T-tar as well). BP is for the STAB Priority Technician Boosted power on Scizor. U-turn is for switch initiative, and pursuite is for the latis. Alakazam has Psyshock for the special walls with lower physical defense. Shadow bAll and Focus blast for coverage. And Encore is to stop many set up sweepers and force switches, allowing to get more damage on the enemies mons.

EDIT:I would Prefer a more Offensive team, but if possible, balance would be nice as I play best with it. :)

Wanted to throw a defensive core at you guys. It does well at walling several prominent threats in the metagame (esp Keldeo, Megagross, Landorus), but would like some offensive win conditions and help absorbing status. I have left the mega slot open to give you guys more room. Feel free to change the EV spreads I have listed.
