yeah we say all 3 of these pretty much interchangeably. "how you doing?" sounds quite american to me

these actually exist, but they're not at all common. had one in my year 8 geography class, teacher used it just to demonstrate how arbitrary and political maps can be. also he used to call kids "recalcitrant scoundrels" when they were talking in the back of the class
