Welcome to the ninth edition of Ubers Premier League, an all-Ubers team tournament where managers draft from the pool of players to compete in a seven-week round-robin battle for Ubers supremacy. The top four teams will then advance to the playoffs, where the winning team will be crowned the premier of Ubers battling. This is Uber’s largest and premier team tournament, providing an opportunity for Ubers powerhouses to display their dominance, veteran players to return, and for new talent to emerge.

Here's a few things to remember:
- A replay / log must be saved of your match or it will be considered invalid. No exceptions.
- General tournament rules and regulations apply. Pokemon Showdown is the default simulator for all metagames unless both parties agree. If you play on anywhere that isn't PS! you must save a log of the match. All matches are best of one, except for the best of three slot.

SS: Manaphy vs. TrueNora - it is not mana's birthday anymore
SS: Basedburner vs. Icemaster - icemaster = ice beam freezes inbound
SS: SiTuM vs. FatFighter2 - SiTuM is going to load up a team that gets 6-0d by something and FF2 is going to have it
USM: HunterStorm vs. The Dovahneer - HunterStorm's name gives off "i'm good at pokemon" vibes
ORAS: Endill vs. SparksBlade - adv gang
BW: Blim vs. Carl Murray - Blim is good at Pokemon apparently
DPP: BKC vs. Highlord - BKC is favored in this matchup, but there's no way in hell Highlord isn't haxing him
ADV: 0kay vs. Melle2402 - 0kay plays a lot more solidly than Melle IMO, and I expect him to take this one home
GSC: vani vs. Silksong - This should be a pretty good game, but I think vani will win this one
BO3: Mr.378 vs. Goat Heart ♥ - the ss game of this series is going to suck

SS: cromagnet vs. Rhmsitb - cro's team is going to be incredibly dangerous, too dangerous for mortals
SS: Bouff vs. Cam - Cam has a sick accent and an even sicker ability to click Thunder Wave and Glare
SS: Punny vs. McSim - this matchup shifts the Delta in the Ray's favor
USM: Gareeb vs. GO lucario - Gareeb is probably gonna do something crazy mid game and pull a win out
ORAS: Safes vs. Skysolo - Safes is going to miss a game winning pblades
BW: crucify vs. watashi - i must be avenged after my terrible display of pokemoning last week
DPP: Lord Thorx vs. obii - Jirachi moment
ADV: Leru vs. Triangles - This is likely going to be a wack sun stall mirror, and I think Triangles has a better general game sense to pull a game like that off.
GSC: Ara vs. d0nut - Frankly, I do not know how much Ara knows about GSC Ubers, and d0nut is pretty cracked
BO3: Lazy_bread27 vs. Garay oak - apparently garay is good at this game

Choice Bandits (4) vs. Manly Melmetal (5)

SS: Aberforth vs. Fc - I smashed Fc in a 24 vs 24 RBY Custom Game yesterday, should be free for Aberforth
SS: Lacus Clyne vs. King Billu - I flipped a coin
SS: Fogbound Lake vs. Royal1604 - I flipped another coin
USM: DNNP vs. Zesty43 - destroy noobs no problem
ORAS: keys vs. fourmi - dream is going to win this game then talk for about 20 minutes in Ubers discord about how the matchup was very unfavorable
BW: steelskitty vs. Smart Kid - no clue, the team that wins this series wins the game IMO
DPP: Aishia vs. Tomahawk - this game probably comes down to a stray paralysis or two on turn 9 or turn 14
ADV: Ismakhil vs. 64 Squares - 64 is gonna load up some bullshit that beats sun, and Isma is going to load up sun. Despite me saying this in predictions, and everybody knowing that Isma exclusively loads sun teams, yes, Isma is still going to use a sun team. Even if there's a Kyogre lead, there's going to be a Groudon and a Mixlax.
GSC: Indercover vs. Conflict - Conflict plays the game more, Indercover is going to make some solid plays and get a nasty lax bslam that makes the game a lot closer towards the end than it needs to be
BO3: Catalystic vs. PurpleGatorade - apparently pg is good idk lol

DaReal Drizzlers (7) vs. Alolan Mukkers (2)

SS: Lunala vs. Reje - Reje is going to lose on activity, or load up some wack team that gets annihilated by Zekrom
SS: TJ vs. Alpha Rabbit - TJOAT
SS: Luna's Banned now vs. Maxomega - unfortunately the universe wills LBN to not lose a game this UPL
USM: Gondra vs. InkPupil - do you really expect me to predict against Gondra?
ORAS: Thiago Nunes vs. Terracotta - Tnunes went absolutely stupid last night, looking forward to a quality ORAS game
BW: Evuelf vs. Lasen - I just want to hear Lasen mald in call
DPP: SoulWind vs. Inspirited - one of these players is the goat, love you wreck
ADV: SuperEpicAmpharos vs. iry - my team game 1 is going to be Kyogre/Latios/Lax/Meta/Deo-A+1, hf iry :D (nevermind iry does not want to bo3 :blobpensive: )
GSC: M Dragon vs. mc56556 - mc is gonna get some well timed paralyses on turns 25-33, setting the game very largely in his favor
BO3: Fardin vs. March Fires - Fardin didn't draft me in AGPL despite having ample opportunity to do so >:(

SS: Bouff vs. Cam - No idea but I'm gonna say the Rays lose
SS: Punny vs. McSim - See above
USM: Gareeb vs. GO Lucario - Gareeb absolutely popped off vs Goat Heart last week in both SS and USM and will carry the momentum
ORAS: Safes vs. Skysolo - Safes is good, Skysolo is better
BW: crucify vs. watashi - Comes down to mu
DPP: Lord Thorx vs. obii - Lord Thorx's luck has pretty much depleted, although it will be nice to see what obii brings
ADV: Leru vs. Triangles - Really picked up the pace second half of the tour
GSC: Ara vs. d0nut - Idk what Ara's GSC experience looks like but d0nut has been slaying people left and right
BO3: Lazy_bread27 vs. Garay oak - Only loses to act calls and pohjis

Choice Bandits (6) vs. Manly Melmetal (4)

SS: Aberforth vs. Fc - Fc is going to murk him, no sugarcoating this one
SS: Lacus Clyne vs. King Billu - Actual top 3 SS player that should win convincingly as long as dusk manes don't channel their inner jirachi
SS: Fogbound Lake vs. Royal1604 - Fogbound seems pretty good from what minimal gameplay I've seen
USM: DNNP vs. Zesty43 - I think it comes down to the player that wants to win the most
ORAS: keys vs. fourmi - It brings me great physical pain to bold keys but unfortunately he is playing extremely well even through awful matchups and will have no problem beating fourmi. However, if he gets haxed, expect him to rant for at least 3 days and bring it up every year.
BW: steelskitty vs. Smart Kid - Both are great players, but I think steelskitty's prep in team choice will give her the win.
DPP: Aishia vs. Tomahawk - The most tryhard person on smogon.com
ADV: Ismakhil vs. 64 Squares - When the world needed noitu the most, he vanished.... both isma and 64 are solid but 64 probably edges it out
GSC: Indercover vs. Conflict - A sacrifice
BO3: Catalystic vs. PurpleGatorade - Cata clutches it out in an oras g3

DaReal Drizzlers (4) vs. Alolan Mukkers (6)

SS: Lunala vs. Reje - Hates the game so much that it will come back around and win him the game
SS: TJ vs. Alpha Rabbit - Last week was the beginning of the end
SS: Luna's Banned now vs. Maxomega - Bolding Luna should be a war crime in any scenerio
USM: Gondra vs. InkPupil - Everybody is a smidge away from beating Gondra; InkPupil is the chosen one.
ORAS: Thiago Nunes vs. Terracotta - Not sure what to expect but Terra always brings the most crackhead teams so should be a fun one
BW: Evuelf vs. Lasen - I think there will be a lot of hax involved but Evuelf should take it
DPP: SoulWind vs. Inspirited - One of these players has beaten me.... although I see a common trend in the team choice so maybe Inspirited can take it xd
ADV: SuperEpicAmpharos vs. iry - iry crits thunder in sun on an amnesia lax for game because I blessed him. Alternatively, this ends in iry's CB deo-a getting 3 consecutive crits with superpower in the final 3 turns.
GSC: M Dragon vs. mc56556 - Has more trophies
BO3: Fardin vs. March Fires - If March Fires preps even a little bit he wins in 3

Since our former Tier Leader Fireburn has been gone for a while, I thought it was time for someone else to take over and handle final week playoff paths for all the remaining teams in the Ubers Premier League. With that in mind, lets first get into the current standings following Week 6:

1. Defiant Durians: 5-1-0 (+12 BD) - 10 Points
2. DaReal Drizzlers: 4-1-1 (+10 BD) - 9 Points
3. Dangerous Dracovish: 3-2-1 (+6 BD) - 7 Points
4. Choice Bandits: 2-2-2 (+2 BD) - 6 Points
5. Devastating Dialgas: 2-2-2 (+0 BD) - 6 Points
6. Manly Melmetal: 2-3-1 (-4 BD) - 5 Points
6. Alolan Mukkers: 2-3-1 (-4 BD) - 5 Points
8. Delta Rayquazas: 0-6-0 (-24 BD) - 0 Points

Assuming those are correct, lets get into each team's path into the playoffs, starting with the easier ones:

Defiant Durians: 100% in

Dangerous Dracovish:
Win Week 7: 100% in
Tie Week 7: 100% in
Lose Week 7: in if

a) Bandits vs Melmetal tie + Dracovish don't lose by enough to where Bandits BD > Dracovish BD (current difference is +4) + Mukkers don't win by enough to close the +10 BD gap
