Hey AquaticPanic - I've got your Snatch Absol squad for you. I've tried Z Snatch on stuff like Skuntank and Absol before, and it can do some funny things like steal Oricorio-G's Substitute from it while it tries to dodge Sucker Punch, or stealing stuff like Swords Dance/Shell Smash, but I think it's overall inferior to its standard set.I haven't played any tier in a while, but PU sounded fun. I made this particular Absol set but I'm having trouble teambuilding around it:
Absol @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Snatch
- Knock Off
- Play Rough
- Superpower
The whole idea here is using Z-Snatch. It boosts Absol's speed by two stages, and allows it to steal some status moves from foes who aren't expecting it. You can, for an example, outspeed unsuspecting Omastar and steal Shell Smash, or outspeed bulky mons and steal their recovery. It would be more accurately described as a late-game cleaner, since the +2 speed is what makes it so great. It can also absorb Knock Off and Sucker Punch very well.
Edit: Forgot to mention, if at late game +2 Speed is uneeded, it can also nuke things with Blackhole Eclipse
But other than the set itself, I haven't been able to find much partners to synergise with it. So here's hoping people ore experienced in the meta could help
Nevertheless, I've built you Z Absol - I was just about to post the first version of this team a day before tier shift, but then Weezing was 'snatched' from us, so I built you a new one recently. I'll still post the first version as it provides you a good framework to build around Absol in case you'd like to build additional teams around that set. Sorry for the wait, hope you enjoy!

I'll write a shorter description for this since it's not actually the submission, but I think you could easily take this build and run Mesprit or some other Fighting check over Weezing, or perhaps reformat around Claydol and Qwilfish as your setters and removers like I did in the replays below.
Starting off, I used your Absol or a slight variation of it. It doesn't need +2 Spe as much as it does +2 Atk, so I just made it double dance with mono Dark STAB. From there, seeing how big threats like Gurdurr, Primeape, and Hitmonchan were to this build, I immediately adding two awesome Fighting checks: RH Sableye and RH Weezing.
Weezing sets up Toxic Spikes, which wears down most of Absol's checks and counters, while Sableye switches into Absol's checks and counters directly. Sableye is also running Night Shade to break physically offensive Skuntank down, making it more likely that Weezing's Toxic Spikes will stay in play.
From here, Primeape was a nice addition to beat NP Persian-A especially, which beats Weezing, Absol (if you don't run Play Rough or Superpower), and Sableye when healthy. Primeape also does Primeape things like checking Lycanroc, Aggron, and +1 Lilligant for the team, while of course also capitalizing on or potentially deterring Defog via Defiant so that Toxic Spikes stay in play.
After that, I looked no further than Sandslash-A for some role compression, as it adds an answer to hail teams, it sets and removes SR, and it functions as a better check for both Jynx and HP Ice / Normalium Z Lilligant. I also ran Occa Berry for HP Fire Lilligant, but you can easily go Leftovers, Aguav Berry, or Shuca Berry for Aurorus's Earth Power here for its item.
Finally, when all was said and done, I was missing a Jellicent switch-in (though I had a very strong check in Z Absol already), as well as resists for Swanna, Oricorio-E, or Simisear, so Assault Vest Lanturn patched up these holes nicely. Lanturn's Volt Switch also formed a momentum core with Primeape's U-turn, letting you find additional opportunities to set up with Absol or force timely switches in order to make the most of Weezing's Toxic Spikes.
There are still a few holes, ex. it's missing an Aggron switch-in, but the team has Sableye's Wisp / faster AV Lanturn / Primeape to give you some wiggle room in checking that. Victreebel is always a menace, especially specially offensive variants here, so Flamethrower is there on Weezing (it also hits Dugtrio-A, Sandslash-A, while maintaining coverage against Grass-types). Sandslash-A's Occa Berry helps with this too, as a lot of Victreebel are still running HP Fire over HP Fighting (or Weather Ball) for Sandslash-A, Metang, and Sunny Day-based teams. Lastly, specially offensive Skuntank is a huge threat with Acid Spray / Dark Pulse / Fire Blast, but again Occa Berry lets Sandslash-A combat this.

With this being Screens HO, there are a lot of holes that you can't really patch up well without some other threat cropping up as a result of Absol and Electrode taking up valuable teamslots you need for beating stuff like hail cores, Aggron, Simisear, etc. This was by far the most functional version, but I have others you can take a look at (below). Even if you use that second config with Qwilfish, you'll open the team up to other weaknesses to various Ground- and Water-types, especially those typically found on rain teams, so keep in mind when bringing this to tours that this kind of team will always be heavily match-up reliant.
