Someone please tell me if all the moves I've posted so far in Dragonite's sets are legal pre-Pokebank

Pretty sure Extreme Speed is illegal pre-Bank. Can only get it from a Dragonite that knows Extreme Speed, which, iirc, are all in BW2 and earlier.

I feel like Weakness Policy should be mentioned somewhere as an item because Dragonite is a magnet for SE attacks, which he can easily survive. Maybe along with Agility or something?

Pretty much just focus on Dragon Dance sets that don't rely on Extreme Speed and Superpower. Don't do Mixed since, at the moment, Salamence even has an edge on it with Dragonite currently lacking Superpower.

This also may sound retarded, but in my opinion it should be ThunderPunch instead of Fire Punch. Not only do you hit Skarmory, you also hit another threat that's not often remembered in Generation 6 (probably because PS! doesn't have Dazzling Gleam on it legally yet) - Togekiss.

I don't know about Rain sets - they still seem solid since rain can last up to 8 turns if Politoed really wants to, but alas probably not as strong of options like they were in Generation 5.

Slash weakness policy with lum berry and mention rotom-w and excadrill as teammates. Rotom-w counters togekiss and skarmory; excadrill spins hazards and has near perfect synergy with d-nite.
