Tournament rules are as follows:
- General tournament rules and regulations apply.
- Best of three, double elimination.
- This tournament will use the ADV LC banlist, which can be found on Smogon's strategy dex.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! or the SmogTours server.
- Battle ties do not progress either player towards winning the set.
- Replays are mandatory for all matches played to prevent disputes.

Since Raichy is coming from the Loser's bracket, they will have to win the first set and then win a second set to win the tournament. Elfuseon only needs to win the first set to win the tournament.

The deadline to complete matches for this round is Sunday, April 28th at 10:00 PM GMT-4.

Conclusion: I'm hella negative and unable to get a positive score. Screw r9 and r12 specifically as well. Tried to predict Naere losing into them winning every one of them, predicted Naere winning and they just lost the last round lmao. Maybe I'm just cursed to make predictions.
