I'm only interested in trading Master Balls for spitbacks, mainly. I usually trade flawless for flawless, but Intimidate Scraggy are particularly hard to get so I trade them very selectively. I'm open to trading spitback-for-spitback, though.

Probably not, it depends on what those 3 IVs are. At the most I'd prolly do it for a 4 IV Shroomish pair / a 4 IV Shroomish + a BP item.
