reachzero's is too slow, Deck Knight's is too fast, Korski has more 15 more Speed than Special Attack and capefeather has no HP.

Looks like I agree with a lot of people. I felt that capefeather nailed both the speed and the special tankiness, whici=h I think are the two most important aspects of this CAP. Reachzero also got them pretty spot on, but I just liked capefeather's better overall. Spork also put together a good spread, but its an obvious third in my mind.
