It won't work. I was gonna say that Vital Spirit may be too good of an ability, because of the fact it can't rest (which will probably be its only form of recovery), it'll probably be fine.Whatever. I also like the idea of Vital Spirit, but I think it might make it a bit overpowered if it also receives an excellent movepool. Actually ... if this thing has Vital Spirit and it uses Rest ... what happens?
You realize Delibird gets Vital Spirit, right?vital spirit doesn't fit it, you need somethin that fits it, vital spirit fits an energetic monkey (Vigoroth) but not a drill head with lots of hands
Still Persistant and Poison Point is what i'm going for
Like Daddy Long Legs with Levitate? Well actually that's not so far out there if you believe that area in which it's arms are placed rotate independent from it's body. Think of it like this: He stretches it's arm out, do a turbo-charged rapid spin, and take off. Not only will it explain how it can levitate, but will also explain how it uses Tailwind and Rapid Spin.Something REALLY has to be off kilter for you to actually waste my time with this "doesn't fit it" nonsense.
To take off on that concept a bit, it could hold out it's arms and flap to use Tailwind, like everyone used to try as a kid.Like Daddy Long Legs with Levitate? Note: I'm not suggesting we give it Levitate, I'm merely using the idea as a springboard onto how it does Rapid Spin/Tailwind.
That would work too. We could say that it could use either method to get the job done.To take off on that concept a bit, it could hold out it's arms and flap to use Tailwind, like everyone used to try as a kid.
I didn't even realize my pun until now, but yeah thats what I was thinking. In that vein it could get Fly =PThat would work too. We could say that it could use either method to get the job done.
DLL: I believe I can fly :D
*flap at least six of his arm around. In that instant a gust of wind blown behind him and he soon started to fly*
Trainer: Holy Crap....you can fly??? 0:
No Guard is more about attitude than appearance. Machamp has 4 arms of protection, if you recall. But it works both ways. Can you see a standard attack breaking through eight arms worth of defense with the utmost of ease?
I like this. I forgot unaware affected the enemy too. For some reason I thought it only affected your stats. I support this.Anyway, if Persistant is there, why not Unaware. It doesn't technically get rid of status changes, but it does prevent you from switching this in on DDMence only to be slaughtered before you can Haze. No other ability will afford this that luxury, and in the meantime, any of its non-screen stat-boosts become pointless.
Unaware doesn't affect speed.I like unaware too because with a utility pokemon it can do such delightfully mean things to setups. Oh speed boosting with DD or Agility? Well lets just turn on trick room and make you the slowest pokemon around.
