So a Torment condition doesn't actually exist, which means your first and fourth subs will never trigger, but I'm not going to exploit that because I think I have better ways to try to deny you actions here.

Yeah that first sub is illegal, there is no legal way, with sub rules as currently written, to check if a mon used a specific move the previous step. You can check if a mon used a specific move *this* step and that they did *not* use any specific move last step/any previous step/any other step/step numbers, but other than that specific construction there is no way to check previous steps at all.
